We are reimbursing your economic air travel costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel taxes and additional fees. Please provide us with a copy of your air ticket and the original receipt. Refunds will be made on Mat 12-14 at the hotels. All refunds will be in U.S. dollars. We will inform you of the fixed exchange rate on May 11.

Please e-mail us a scanned copy of your passport, air ticket and the receipt, and a photograph. Please fill out Forms A and B. A representative from the organizational committee will meet you at Gate 3 of the Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) airport. |

Upon your arrival at the hotel, kindly hand Form 'C' (attached to the invitation letters we have sent out) to our volunteer at the Registration Counter who shall then give you your room key as well as the celebration materials. |

The hotel is twenty minutes away from the conference venue. Buses will be provided. |

Meals will be provided throughout the event. |
