Please provide us with an official receipt, a copy of air ticket and a signed photocopy of your passport. All reimbursements will be in U.S. dollars and shall be made at the hotel on 12-14 May 2011. We shall inform you of the fixed exchange rate on May 11. |

Please send us a copy of your travel details. A representative from the organizational committee will meet you at the jet bridge in the airport after you leave the plane. |

Accommodation will be provided from 11-14 May 2011. |

Upon your arrival at the hotel, kindly hand Form 'C' (attached to the invitation letters we have sent out) to our volunteer at the Registration Counter who shall then give you your room key as well as the celebration materials |

The hotel is twenty minutes away from the conference venue. Buses will be provided. |

Meals will be provided throughout the event. |
