We are reimbursing your economy class airfare. Please provide us with an official receipt and a signed photocopy of your passport. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund airport taxes and travel insurance costs. All reimbursements will be in U.S. dollars and shall be made at hotel on May 12-14, 2011. |

We would appreciate it if you could arrive on May 11, 2011. There will be a general briefing for Panelists and Moderators on May 11. |

Please send us a copy of your travel details. A representative from the organizational committee will meet you at Gate 3 of the Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) airport. |

All panelists will be staying at the Krungsri River Hotel. Facilities such as internet access, a mini-bar, and Thai Massage services are available. To know more about the hotel, you can visit http://www.krungsririver.com. |

Upon your arrival at the hotel, kindly hand Form 'C' (attached to the invitation letters we have sent out) to our volunteer at the Registration Counter who shall then give you your room key as well as the celebration materials. |

Accommodation will be provided from May 11 - 14, 2011. |

The hotel is twenty minutes away from the conference venue. Buses will be provided. |

Meals will be provided throughout the event. |
