Mr.Kamal Meattle India Kamal is a serial entrepreneur. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 40 years of Industry experience. In 1990, he successfully conceived Paharpur Business Centre & Software Technology Incubator Park (PBC-STIP) in Nehru Place Greens, New Delhi. It has been rated as the healthiest building in Delhi by Central Pollution Control Board, Government of India. He is also the developer and promoter of world's most energy efficient commercial building, known as GreenSpacesTM His other projects include a residential guest house called GreenVilla, targeted to be IGBC Platinum rated Green Home, located in NCR Delhi. Kamal is extensively involved in various industry organizations. He is on the Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM, is Chairman of the Northern Region of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce is a member of the Indian Green Building Council and also is currently an elected Board member of the MIT South Asian Alumni Association. As an avid environmentalist, he is also the founder of several NGOs Kamal holds a B. Sc. Degree from Joseph's College, North Point, Darjeeling and an SM from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA. He was awarded the MIT Distinguished Alumni Award and a Life Time Achievement award in 2007.
