Gypsies Embracing Buddhism: A Step Forward For Building A Harmonious Society In Europe
Pravin Bhalesain has done Master of Technology in Information Technology from India's premier institution Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. He is P?li Language Working Group Convener for the Union Catalogue of Buddhist Texts [UCBT] Project as the Representative of the Oxford Centre for Buddhist Studies. He established Indian Institute of Buddhist Studied (IIBS) for the textual studies with social application. Mr. Bhalesain has written numerous articles at international level including
"Global Recovery through Engaged Buddhism - The Revival of the Buddhist Tradition in India" and "Buddhism and Contemporary Issues - Conversion of Avarna-Nomadic Tribes in India" then "Buddhist Approach to Political Conflict and Peace: A comparison between Communist and Buddhist Methods". He also published "Effective use of Information Technology for the propagation of Buddhism", at UNDV platform at the young age of 28 years and 10 months. He is socially engaged Buddhists and supports different social projects.
